Helping people to feel empowered on their journey to wellness is what drives her passion for healthy living. Sarah believes that balance in life is crucial to optimising wellbeing and believes passionately in the healing powers of nature, rest and food as medicine. When working with clients she offers a warm and nurturing support that is educational and encouraging.

“Treating food as medicine

is one of the most positive and effective ways

to make healthy, long term and sustainable change.”

Sarah is dedicated to understanding your individual health picture and discovering what the underlying cause of your condition is, in order to address it and help you reach your health goals. Her approach to naturopathic treatment combines the science of evidence based research with the wisdom of traditional western herbalism, nutritional medicine and a firm belief in respecting your individual right and role in your own healing. Sarah is intuitive as well as practical and will support and guide you on your journey towards healing and repair.
